Exchanges: Accepted on non-personalized items. Please, contact me within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Cancellations: Within 1 hour of purchase. Order cancellations can't be offered if the order has already shipped and is in possession of USPS.

Returns: Returns are not accepted.

Orders will ship on or before their shipping dates unless priorly discussed during the purchasing phase.

An element of the design on my T-shirt became creased. How do I fix it?
--Take a piece of cloth (ex. sheet/pillowcase etc..) and lay over the design to protect it. Then take an iron on the highest setting (no steam) and iron over the creased area, be careful not to touch any uncovered part of the design. This will relax the crease. Normal washing and drying will also relax any creasing.

Sizing details vary from item to item.

Monogrammed/Vinyl Applique apparel I recommend turning inside out and washing on gentle cycle , drying on low or air drying.

Unfortunately, no. At this time I do not sale any of my original designs on my t-shirts in digital form (.svg, .eps, etc...). This is an effort to protect my branding. I am very flattered but unable to offer this at this time. I also, do not allow any copying of the designs for personal or commercial use of my original artwork. As these designs/artwork are my intellectual property and protected by copyright.

While rare occasionally packages will become stuck in transit and tracking may not update. Please, do not hesitate to contact me if you are having an issue with delivery. I will work with you and the USPS to locate your package and get it delivered. If a delivery date cannot be confirmed a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. If you would like the item reshipped a 2nd invoice for the new purchase will be sent. Please, be aware that USPS is currently experiencing delays due to historic volume of packages. The current in transit time has increased in some cases causing delays in some areas.

*I ship Monday-Friday via the USPS. Items ship 1st class mail as standard shipping. International (Canadian) orders under 4 pds ship first class intentional package service, over 4 pds they ships priority mail. I offer shipping upgrades during the checkout phase. I recommend upgrading shipping if you are needing your order by a specific date.

*Proof of delivery is considered a final destination scan on your tracking information.

All orders ship free automatically to U.S. addresses. Free shipping takes an estimated 3-5 days to be delivered. I do offer shipping upgrades at checkout. Priority Mail 2-3 Day Service is available and Priority Mail Express 1-2 Day (formerly known as overnight) service is available. Purchasing these shipping upgrades does not process your item for shipping any faster, but will get your item delivered to you quicker once shipped. Price for these upgrades can be seen in your cart and in the shipping drop down box. Cost is based on the current USPS rate at the time for the selected upgrade. Cost is based on destination and how far it is traveling as well.
